Her princess dress
The party girl should have her very own special princess dress created for her big occasion. One trick is to decorate the dress with sugar decorations like sugar roses and sugar hearts. And of course don't forget her tiara and princess wand.

Make a Banner Out Of Balloons
Get 12 helium filled balloons and write the birthday girls name on them (one letter per balloon) and attach all the balloons together using pink ribbon ( about two feet apart). Attach about 10 feet of ribbon at both ends of the row of balloons and tie each one to a piece of heavy furniture about 15 feet apart. As the balloons rise in an arc, simply tie the end ribbons onto the anchor furniture and you have an instant balloon banner.
The Table
Use small plastic champagne glasses for refreshments to give that elegant grown-up experience.
Settin gthe table with color matched plates, cups etc adds a large splash of the primary party color to the room.
Decorate the table cloth with glitter, stickers, etc.
The Invitations
To make an impressive invitation to send in the mail, you can purchase jewelry boxes from the $2 store and create party invitations on a scroll with swirly 'royal' writing. Tie the invitation with ribbon and place it inside the box for delivery. Linen paper is excellent for this as it gives a sense of sumptuous spleandor and royalty. Or you could simply roll the invitation into a scroll and tie with organdy ribbon and hand deliver in your local area.
